Might I just point out that this is the first time Herman and I've been out...just the two of us...in 1.5 years? Yup.
There are a lot of things that I could say about being married to Herman for 10 years, but I'll just say this...I'm so thankful. Especially now.
Herman, you are, quite simply, the best man I know. You are unfailingly kind and good and the most dedicated and loyal person I know. I so admire your ability to see the best in every person and every situation. I admire that you are steady and confident and sure. I love that you know me better than anyone in the world, and go to great lengths to show me that. I love that you want the best for me and will not give up until it's happened. I love that you place me (and now Emilia) as priority above all else. You are my rock, my best friend, my favorite, and I love you so much. Happy anniversary.
